About the Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Activate Talent, you'll be the direct voice of Comfrt's premium brand, engaging with customers across popular social media platforms. What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts, maintaining an engaging presence.
- Handle customer Direct Messages (DMs) efficiently, addressing order inquiries, shipping questions, and providing sizing assistance.
- Skillfully manage and de-escalate interactions with frustrated customers, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
- Actively engage with the community, fostering a sense of belonging and building lasting brand loyalty.
- Maintain Comfrt's distinct brand voice, characterized by warmth, wit, and empathy, across all communications.

- Excellent written English proficiency with native-level fluency is essential.

- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or specific weekdays (Monday/Friday).
