About the Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Activate Talent, you'll be the direct voice of Comfrt's premium brand, engaging with customers across popular social media platforms. Your role is crucial in building strong brand loyalty and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with warmth, wit, empathy, and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts, maintaining an engaging presence.
  • Handle customer Direct Messages (DMs) efficiently, addressing order inquiries, shipping questions, and providing sizing assistance.
  • Skillfully manage and de-escalate interactions with frustrated customers, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Actively engage with the community, fostering a sense of belonging and building lasting brand loyalty.
  • Maintain Comfrt's distinct brand voice, characterized by warmth, wit, and empathy, across all communications.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written English proficiency with native-level fluency is essential.
  • A deep understanding of American culture, humor, and contemporary slang.
  • Prior experience in social media community management or a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and a high degree of empathy.
  • Quick thinking and natural writing ability, capable of crafting unique responses rather than relying on templates.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or specific weekdays (Monday/Friday).
