Residential Support Worker
Role: Residential Support Worker with Action for Children. The position offers a competitive pay rate of £13.53 per hour and is based in Bath. The work follows a CASUAL hours structure during weekdays with varied shifts.

About the Role
Your work will involve creating a safe, supportive environment for vulnerable children. You will engage in fun and meaningful activities, assist with personal care and daily routines, and support children to develop essential life skills including cooking, cleaning, and money management. Personal values, a positive attitude, and a readiness to work independently or as part of a team are key to success. Formal qualifications (Level 2 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent) are ideal, with full support and training provided.
