About Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism

Premier ABA Provider for Children with Autism is inviting BTs or RBTs accruing supervision hours to join our Rising Stars program as a Behavior Analyst in Training.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $24-30 based on experience and supervision hours
  • Potential wage increases every 6 months

What You Will Be Doing

As a BCBA Intern in the ABA Student Analyst Graduate Program, you will:

  • Utilize your accrued fieldwork hours (85% complete required)
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBA professionals and a dedicated team
  • Allocate 8 hours weekly for BDS modules
  • Prepare for the BACB exam within 6 months
