Your Role in Our Story:

In essence, your role involves building your own client portfolio through direct prospecting and networking to originate new business and increase market share. You will understand and identify arbitrage opportunities in the renewable energy commodity market to originate deal flow for your trade book. You will create strategic trade solutions to ensure obligated parties reach their compliance goals. Additionally, you will develop an understanding of the market landscape including product knowledge, industry challenges, legislative and geopolitical changes, maintain relationships in the renewable energy sector, and represent the firm at conferences while engaging with industry stakeholders.

Your Expertise:

To be successful, candidates should have 5-10 years experience in sales, trading, brokerage, or account management within the renewable energy, carbon trading, or sustainability solutions sectors. You should bring previous experience in sales, cold calling, outreach, and prospecting alongside a highly self-motivated and adaptable work style. A relevant Undergraduate Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Environmental Studies or related field is required.

Note: This role is 100% in office.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 base plus discretionary bonus. Actual base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, level, and experience.
