Your Role In Our Story

ACT Group is seeking a Product Owner - Business Intelligence & Data Products, a key liaison between business users and data teams. This role is central in turning data into a strategic asset, ensuring the product aligns with ACT Group's vision. You will work with the Business Intelligence and Data Team, reporting directly to the Head of PMO, to drive data product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Prioritizing incoming requests and managing backlogs.
  • Leading scrum ceremonies and tracking delivery performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across commercial, operations, IT, and vendors.
  • Managing lifecycle from concept through post-launch optimization.
  • Communicating data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Championing a data-driven decision-making process.

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in BI/Data Product Management, experience in financial or trading environments, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. You will manage product backlogs, translate business processes into actionable requirements, and ensure continuous improvement of data products. Strong stakeholder management, autonomous work style, and effective communication are pivotal.
