Responsibilities

As the Governance Risk Compliance Analyst M&A, you will:

Conduct thorough risk assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather data and insights.
Prepare and present detailed risk reports to senior management.
Work closely with M&A, IT security, legal, and compliance teams during due diligence.
Monitor ongoing M&A activities ensuring risks are managed and mitigated effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations (NYDFS, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), and best practices.

Requirements
