Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack
Location: Austin, TX (4 days onsite)

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build world-class software to transform the insurance industry. You will lead design, implementation, and delivery of software, working collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop innovative features and scalable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Drive development with a customer-first mindset.
- Design, maintain, and evolve our tech stack.
- Advocate and implement technical best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
- Measure feature effectiveness, optimize performance.
- Work effectively within a diverse engineering team.
Technical Environment: Our systems run on Google Cloud with Kubernetes. Data tools include BigQuery, BigTable, and Postgres. Primary coding languages are Kotlin, Python, Java, and JavaScript, using frameworks such as Dataflow, Cloud AI Platform, AirFlow, Spring, and React.
Qualifications: 7+ years of industry experience, strong computer science fundamentals, expertise in modern software tools and production code delivery, customer focus, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field. A mindset for experimentation and impact is essential.
