Overview

Acidgreen is a full-service eCommerce agency specialising in high-end, complex eCommerce environments across platforms such as Adobe, Shopify, OroCommerce, and BigCommerce. We are seeking a Junior to Midlevel Technical Project Manager & Business Analyst with a passion for digital commerce to join our growing team.

Project Management

Manage eCommerce website builds, enhancements, and support projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Define project objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities and deliverables; create detailed project plans, schedules and timelines; monitor progress and manage scope changes; allocate resources and track team assignments; conduct WIP meetings; and ensure quality assurance to minimise defects.

Business Analysis

Elicit, analyse and document business requirements for eCommerce solutions. Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping; develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications; support feasibility studies and solution recommendations; and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Client & Team Engagement

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and transparent communication between clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates while encouraging team collaboration and effective communication.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify and document project risks, issues and dependencies; develop and implement mitigation strategies; escalate critical issues and support resolution.

Reporting & Documentation

Provide regular status reports, project metrics and financial performance data; maintain accurate documentation including plans, logs and lessons learned.
