What You'll Do
- Ensure platforms are configured, accessible, and functional for end users.
- Manage implementations, user provisioning, and critical integrations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams for smooth rollouts.
What You'll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with platform implementations and configuration.
- Strong understanding of user provisioning, permissions, and access management.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience in customer-facing sessions for training and support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday.
- Familiarity with identity and access management frameworks like Okta or Azure AD.
- Knowledge of security best practices in provisioning and system access.
- Proficiency with RPA tools or automation via Python, UiPath, or Zapier.
- Understanding of eLearning standards and experience with learning management systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementations & Configuration: Lead platform or feature rollouts, configuration, testing, and planning. Guide customer onboarding and troubleshoot issues.
- User Access Management: Manage user provisioning and roles, audit access, and resolve issues with IT or security teams.
- Integrations & Functionality: Support and maintain system integrations, monitor data flows, and recommend improvements.
- Customer Enablement & Training: Participate in onboarding and training calls as a subject matter expert, ensuring smooth handoffs to support teams.
- Process & Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, document best practices, and drive workflow improvements.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business goals and communicate updates effectively.
First 60 Days
- Build foundational knowledge of systems and processes.
- Gain insight into implementation and rollout practices.
- Take ownership of implementation and workflow improvements.
- Strengthen systems integration and knowledge sharing.
