About the Company
We are recruiting for our client, a start-up specializing in data-driven retail media activation, a Media Trader (M/F/X), based in Paris. Our client, founded in 2018, is an expert in in-store traffic data, enabling its clients to generate profitable point-of-sale visits through performance-driven media campaigns. With over 45,000 stores equipped in France, the company is an innovative player at the intersection of retail and adtech, and is now accelerating its international expansion. In a context of strong growth, they are strengthening their Operations / Trading team to optimize campaign performance and support revenue growth.
The Role
You will join the Operations team as a Media Trader, playing a key role in the management and optimization of digital campaigns.
Missions
- Configure and launch media campaigns on behalf of clients
- Monitor and manage online and offline KPIs
- Analyze performance and propose continuous optimizations
- Improve results through a data-driven approach
- Contribute to the automation of campaigns and processes
- Interact with clients to share insights and recommendations
Salary
€40,000 - €45,000 per year
Remote Work
1-2 days per week
Candidate Profile
What we are looking for:
- First experience in media trading / digital acquisition (min 1-2 years)
- Good command of programmatic platforms (DV360, TTD, Xandr, Hawk…)
- Solid knowledge in SEO
- Strong appetite for data and performance analysis
- Rigor, organization, and analytical mindset
- Comfortable in client relations (presentation, teaching, recommendations)
- Desire to evolve in a dynamic start-up environment
