The Opportunity

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will build and automate our evolving infrastructure. You will join a high-performing team using the latest technologies to elevate our SaaS platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with Development & Data Infrastructure teams to enable quick, secure code releases.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to manage risks and changes.
  • Optimize infrastructure, automate processes, and improve operational tools.
  • Enhance system reliability with disaster recovery, high availability, and fault tolerance initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date infrastructure with latest technology trends and systems.
  • Participate in on-call team rotations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Linux in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python/Go/Ruby programming languages.
  • Advanced skills with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, or Ansible).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform.
  • Practical expertise with observability, monitoring tools, and container orchestration, preferably New Relic and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud experience in GCP or AWS.
  • Excellent problem solving, debugging, and communication skills.
