acemate.ai is building an AI learning & teaching platform for higher and further education institutions. We have strong traction, secured funding and are entering an exciting growth phase. We're looking for a passionate Founder's Associate / Growth to drive our product forward and help us scale.

Founded in 2024, acemate.ai has quickly become the leading AI learning platform for higher and further education, trusted by top-tier institutions across four countries, including University of Cologne, WHU and the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (IHKs).

Our Mission: Democratizing access to personalized learning. We don’t believe that AI will replace educators. Instead, we empower them to design and deliver personalized learning experiences at scale.

Our Growth: We've raised pre-seed funding and are growing rapidly. While we focus on higher and further education today, we're already expanding into new regions and markets.

What You'll Do as Founder's Associate / Growth

As Founder’s Associate / Growth, you’ll work directly with Antong (CEO) and Paul (CPO) on high-impact topics across strategy, sales, marketing, product, operations and growth. Your scope will evolve quickly, and you’ll own strategic and operational initiatives from day one.

  • Drive strategic initiatives: from market expansion and pricing to new partnerships and product launches
  • Close deals end-to-end: identify leads, run sales calls and convert interest into paying customers
  • Boost our B2C presence: from social media (organic, paid, influencer) to SEO/SEA, referral loops, ambassador programs and other initiatives
  • Turn data into action: analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth levers and test monetization ideas
  • Build our brand: contribute to our content, events, community and thought leadership
  • Take charge of internal ops: improve workflows, processes and help us scale internal systems across finance, investor relations and tooling

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience: You’ve worked in startups, consulting, VC, investment banking or other fast-paced, high-performance environments
  • Strategic & hands-on: You can zoom out and think big, but you’re just as ready to roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable with numbers, structured thinking, and turning data into decisions
  • Excellent communicator: You’re fluent in both German & English, and comfortable leading conversations with users, customers and decision-makers
  • Commitment to excellence: You’re driven to go above and beyond when it matters
  • AI-native: You integrate AI in almost every workflow without outsourcing your thinking
