What You Will Do:

• Greet customers promptly in person, by phone, or email
• Follow a consistent sales process to meet customer needs
• Promote in-store products using product knowledge
• Manage transactions from start to finish including sales and follow-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Support team collaboration with clear communication
• Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
