Senior Full Stack Engineer at Accylerate
Accylerate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, Node.JS, AWS Lambda, and microservices, with a solid understanding of Agentic AI in software development.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in complex software development initiatives. This includes coding, managing specific project segments, and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines. You will also be responsible for creating detailed design specifications, conducting thorough unit testing, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation. Maintaining professional and effective relationships with customers and cross-functional team members is crucial.
You will design, develop, implement, and deploy robust AWS cloud solutions, adhering to established standards and processes. These standards are designed to promote enterprise-wide consistency, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiencies to align with organizational goals.
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing serverless software solutions to improve data quality and drive automation. You will leverage your technical expertise in data management and transactional systems to create elegant, efficient, and cloud-enabled data processes and systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in software development.
- Strong and evolving competence in multiple programming languages and technologies, particularly in cloud-based environments.
- Expert-level experience with React, NodeJS, and scripting in a cloud-based environment.
- Demonstrated advanced experience with AWS Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS, and DynamoDB, as well as AWS CLI.
- Strong technical skills and experience in virtual infrastructure, specifically with Amazon Web Services.
- Strong design and development experience in building and monitoring microservices, including the UI.
- Working experience with CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing full-stack solutions using NodeJS.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) principles and computer science foundation.
- Working knowledge of distributed architectural design patterns.
- Knowledge of systems analysis and design (including OOAD and UML), and database design.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and modern software engineering principles.
- Experience setting up DataOps.

- Advanced demonstrated experience with AWS cloud-supported programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

- Fluency with CI/CD toolsets such as CloudFormation, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience building infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation or similar scripting techniques.
- A proactive appetite for learning new technologies.
