About the role
Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Manager
Are you eager to join a committed fashion brand based in Madrid and work on a meaningful project? Do you want to be part of an ambitious, close-knit team where we build together with rigor... but always with pleasure?
At L'Envers, we are looking for the person who will lead our digital marketing alongside Julie, the brand's founder. Someone who loves numbers as much as stories. Who thinks strategy but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Who analyzes, decides, tests, and adjusts continuously.
About L'Envers
Founded by Julie 10 years ago, L'Envers is an artisanal knitwear house based in Spain. We champion a demanding vision: less but better. Radical quality. Transmission. Textile memory. Since 2014, we have produced each piece to order, individually, in a small family workshop located two hours away. A committed, demanding, coherent model. L'Envers is not an opportunistic brand. It's a project of conviction.
Today, a new chapter begins. In 2024, we are raising funds and integrating a second workshop to produce a selection of our best-sellers in stock, available immediately. A small revolution for us! An acknowledged risk-taking. A major growth lever.
The Role
During this pivotal period, we are structuring our marketing team to support this new development phase. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager on a permanent contract, full-time, based in our central Madrid showroom offices (Malasaña). This role is central: it involves leading L'Envers' digital growth strategically, profitably, and sustainably, at a key moment in our history. Our ambition: accelerate, structure, scale while remaining true to our DNA.
Missions
- E-COMMERCE (SHOPIFY): Manage digital projects: integration of new tools, technical evolutions, maintenance, and development with our web development agency. Orchestrate the launches of collections, capsules, and commercial operations. Optimize e-merchandising and user experience. Monitor and improve conversion rates and average order value (CRO, A/B testing, heatmaps, cross-selling, up-selling...). Ensure consistency between branding and performance. Manage the customer review tool (Judge Me).
- ACQUISITION AND BRAND AWARENESS: Supervise our freelancers responsible for paid acquisition (Meta) and SEO strategy (semantic and technical), by monitoring their performance and ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. Participate in content production (shoots, UGC, influencers).
- CRM AND LOYALTY: Design and manage marketing automation scenarios (Klaviyo). Manage email campaigns (Klaviyo). Design, test, and optimize CRM customer journeys (onboarding, repurchase, loyalty).
- REPORTING AND MONITORING: Define business and marketing objectives in close collaboration with the team. Implement advanced reporting and dynamic dashboards for precise KPI monitoring (Revenue, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, CLV, etc.). In-depth analysis of results and presentation of strategic reviews including concrete analyses and recommendations. Ensure data reliability, reporting process automation, and identify continuous optimization opportunities.
- STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT: Develop a detailed digital marketing plan (objectives, actions, budget, calendar) aligned with the overall brand strategy. Communicate this plan and manage its execution with the teams to ensure proper implementation and achievement of objectives. Supervise a marketing/e-commerce intern.
Required Profile
8-10 years of experience in digital marketing / e-commerce within a lifestyle/fashion brand or a digital agency. Highly analytical (comfortable with GA4, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo). ROI & profitability culture. Ability to manage agencies and service providers. Aesthetic sense & branding. Fluent English (the US market is our primary market). Based in Madrid (no remote!).
Soft Skills
You are not just joining a brand. You are joining a vision. We are looking for someone: Driven by strong convictions about responsible fashion. Capable of long-term thinking, beyond trends and opportunistic effects. Autonomous and structured. Analytical yet intuitive, capable of reading numbers without losing sight of the meaning. Able to make difficult decisions. Comfortable in a demanding environment. Resilient in a demanding and transforming environment. Always learning. Direct and honest. Comfortable with a test & learn culture. Try. Measure. Adjust.
Why Join L'Envers?
- A profitable brand since its inception: Healthy, self-financed growth, without dependence on opportunistic fundraising. We control our development.
- Strong scaling potential: 10 years of existence, a committed community, a proven model, and now a strategic turning point.
- An ambitious and embodied entrepreneurial project: Here, decisions are made quickly. Ideas are tested. Responsibilities are real. You will work at the heart of the project, not in an intermediate layer.
- Direct impact on strategic decisions: The Marketing Manager will be at the center of growth. Investment choices, market prioritization, budget arbitration will have a concrete and measurable impact.
- A long-term vision: We are building a brand that should still exist in 20 years. Not a fleeting trend!
Package
Permanent contract full-time 40h/week. Based in Madrid with the rest of the team.
