Job Description

Bring your passion for food, drinks and connecting people to Mama Shelter Dubai as our Sales Manager (Events, F&B & Groups). Help us transform every event, booking, and dining experience into an unforgettable moment.

The Mission

  • Be Mama’s Connector: Drive F&B sales by building strong relationships with clients, partners, and guests.
  • Spotlight on Opportunities: Identify and secure events, catering, and group bookings across our bars, restaurants, and spaces.
  • Strategy + Execution: Develop sales strategies, track targets and ensure goals are met while preserving the Mama vibe.
  • Guest-First Mindset: Anticipate needs and deliver tailored experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Collaboration Rockstar: Work closely with chefs, mixologists, marketing, and operations teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Market Pulse: Stay updated on F&B trends, competitor offerings and market opportunities to keep Mama buzzing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven track record in sales, revenue growth and client relationship management.
  • Passion for food & beverage trends with ability to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
  • Creativity, adaptability and attention to detail.
