Job Overview - Event Sales & Services Coordinator

You represent Fairmont Century Plaza with energy and pride, ensuring exceptional and memorable guest experiences. You support the events sales and conference services teams by following up leads, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and preparing event documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service for every guest.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill client requests.
  • Maintain organized administrative support and office operations.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert to bookings.
  • Assist in preparing event timelines, floorplans, and schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.
  • Strong administration and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with Opera Sales and Catering or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and multi-lingual skills are beneficial.
  • Hospitality diploma or degree is an asset.
