We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead accessiBe’s core engine – the technological foundation of all our products. This role also involves ownership and evolution of our flagship product experience. This is a pivotal, high-impact position at the heart of our company, where you will drive the performance and innovation of the engine while ensuring our core product remains competitive, user-centric, and market-leading. You will operate across infrastructure, user experience, data, and AI, balancing engine performance with strategic product leadership.What You’ll Do
- Own the core engine: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the infrastructure powering all accessiBe products.
- Define success through metrics: Establish and optimize key performance indicators for the engine, focusing on accuracy, performance, scalability, and coverage.
- Drive innovation: Continuously explore new technologies, leveraging AI to enhance engine capabilities and efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering: Collaborate deeply with frontend and backend teams to translate product goals into scalable, high-quality systems.
- Lead the core product: Manage the end-to-end product experience built upon the core engine.
- Stay close to customers: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Drive competitive edge: Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains best-in-class.
- Own the product lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, iteration, and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Experience owning a platform, engine, or infrastructure product is a strong advantage.
- Technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (frontend experience is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset: Proficient in defining metrics and making data-informed decisions.
- Ability to operate across multiple layers, from backend systems to user-facing product experiences.
- Customer-centric thinking and strong product intuition.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-driven products and innovation.
- Advantage: Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
