About the Role

As a User Experience Designer at Accenture, you will drive business transformation by delivering innovative solutions for leading organizations. You will collaborate with diverse teams and use emerging technologies to address today’s business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and design interfaces and interactions for various products.
  • Advocate for users including end-users and developers.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and UX to define product strategy and requirements.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications.
  • Work with UX research to test and refine design concepts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools in UX design.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of work experience with UI Prototyping, UX accessibility, GitHub, Interaction Design, and UX Data Analysis. A HS Diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.

Compensation & Location

Accenture Flex employees work onsite in their local metro area. The hourly salary ranges from $62.00 to $72.00 in various states including California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey, and Washington.
