About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define and design interfaces and interactions for various products.
- Advocate for users including end-users and developers.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and UX to define product strategy and requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications.
- Work with UX research to test and refine design concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools in UX design.
Basic and Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of work experience with UI Prototyping, UX accessibility, GitHub, Interaction Design, and UX Data Analysis. A HS Diploma/GED is required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
Compensation & Location
Accenture Flex employees work onsite in their local metro area. The hourly salary ranges from $62.00 to $72.00 in various states including California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey, and Washington.
