About the Service Desk Support Analyst Role

The Service Desk Support Analyst at Accenture supports a leading client in the technology sector by working closely with their Social Responsibility department. The team manages operational processes related to the distribution of cash grants to nonprofit organizations, enabling the client’s mission to drive positive social impact.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalations for the Payment Operations Team.
  • Resolve issues related to grants payments.
  • Manage operational tasks including budget, queue, and data analysis.
  • Oversee transactional processes and guide requisitions and invoicing.
  • Deliver assigned adhoc tasks within SLA.
  • Collaborate globally to achieve accuracy in targets.
  • Partner with the client to maintain and update SOPs and documentation.
  • Handle legal triaging and manage contract types.
  • Assist in reviewing and executing agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments on contract terms to ensure compliance.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in contracts management.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, finance/quantitative background, metrics design, data visualization, and legal awareness.

  • Ability to manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency in handling large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
