The Work

As a Service and Experience Design Lead at Accenture, you are a recognized leader with deep design knowledge and a history of successful projects. You uncover user needs through research and translate insights into innovative end-to-end experiences and solutions while balancing business and user needs within a broader ecosystem.

  • Advise clients and embed with their teams.
  • Frame design challenges and lead collaborative sessions.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct user research, design workshops, and prototyping.
  • Communicate findings clearly to drive design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage design teams across remote and onsite settings.
  • Facilitate workshops and client engagements to capture user insights.
  • Create experience maps, user journeys, and service blueprints.
  • Drive user centered design through rapid prototyping methods.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams from strategists to technical architects.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in Service Design and user centered processes.
  • Proven experience in workshop facilitation and rapid prototyping.
  • At least 3 years leading and managing design teams.
  • Reliability Security clearance eligibility.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.
  • A collaborative mindset and composure under pressure.
