Role Overview: Program Coordinator
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support one of our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Maintain the central intake and master repositories for legal and regulatory related requests, ensuring data integrity and real-time status visibility for all active inquiries. Provide detailed tracking to ensure all regulatory deadlines are met with precision. Manage metrics and reporting and oversee communications to leadership and executive partners.
- Strategic Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate the triage and assignment of RFIs and other legal requests to the appropriate subject matter experts across Legal, Engineering, Product, and Regulatory Affairs. Manage the flow of communication to ensure internal alignment on complex regulatory responses and escalate critical blockers where appropriate.
- Operational Governance: Drive the end-to-end response process, managing follow-ups with senior stakeholders to resolve open questions and ensure that all final submissions adhere to established quality and compliance standards.
- Efficiency Identification: Regularly evaluate existing workflows to identify operational bottlenecks or manual redundancies. Act as a strategic partner by recommending process enhancements and AI tooling functionality that dynamically support a more scalable and efficient response model.
- Innovation Advocacy: Maintain an awareness of how automation and advanced analytical tools could be applied to the Search legal and regulatory response lifecycle. Identify specific use cases where technology can streamline data retrieval or response drafting to improve overall program velocity and collaborate with team members to prototype solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management and MLOps Infrastructure CI/CD tools like Docker, Kubernetes and Kubeflow
- HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience with: Enterprise AI Implementation, Data Governance and Integrity, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Reporting and Escalation Management, Conflict resolution, Process Scalability, Audit readiness
