Payment Operations Project Coordinator at Accenture

Our team at Accenture supports a leading client in the technology sector, partnering closely with their Social Responsibility department. We advance community-focused initiatives by managing operational processes that facilitate the distribution of cash grants to nonprofit organizations. This work helps fund a wide range of meaningful causes, enabling our client’s broader mission to drive positive social impact at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of program calendars, meeting deliverables, and maintaining a master deliverables list.
  • Document management, working with Program Managers to establish standards for staff and approved partners.
  • Managing the payment process across diverse regional needs.
  • Responding to Engagement Support queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status.
  • Overseeing conference sponsorships, engagements, and volunteer coordination.
  • Maintaining and managing external email aliases for timely communication and proper inquiry routing.
  • Supporting data reporting by analyzing key performance and financial metrics for operational planning.
  • Providing event support, including workshop and event logistics.
  • Coordinating internal decisions on small funding sponsorships and external workshop requests.
  • Collaborating globally and with regional leads to set objectives and implement effective process improvements.
  • Assisting program managers in developing outreach programs, including event logistics, scheduling, documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of program or project management or coordination experience.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations or customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in payment processing and/or contract management.
  • Experience with handling community programs, marketing programs, or events.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, CRMs, or case management software.

Professional Skills Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand SLA and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and prioritization skills.
