Payment Operations Program Coordinator at Accenture
Our team at Accenture supports a leading technology sector client by partnering with their Social Responsibility department. This role focuses on advancing community-focused initiatives through managing operational processes for distributing cash grants to nonprofit organizations. This work directly contributes to funding a diverse range of meaningful causes, enabling the client's mission to drive significant positive social impact.
Role Responsibilities
- Program management for Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Oversight of program calendars, meeting deliverables, and updating the master deliverables list.
- Document management, establishing standards for staff and approved partners.
- Manage the payment process across various regional needs.
- Address internal and external stakeholder queries regarding payment status.
- Oversee conference sponsorships, engagements, and volunteer coordination.
- Manage external email aliases for timely communication and inquiry routing.
- Analyze key performance and financial metrics to support operational planning.
- Support workshops and event logistics across the team.
- Coordinate internal decisions on small funding sponsorships and external workshop requests.
- Collaborate globally and with regional leads to set objectives and implement process improvements.
- Assist program managers in developing outreach programs, including event coordination, scheduling, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of program or project management/coordination experience OR
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in payment processing and/or contract management.
- Experience with handling community programs, marketing programs, or events.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, CRMs, or case management software.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding SLA and KPI reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and prioritization skills.
