Your Role as an Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant
As a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, your daily tasks will include:
- Providing functional or technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Supporting implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Reviewing, applying, and testing quarterly updates for HCM Core HR modules.
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, perform gap analyses, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
- Providing end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinating with extraterritorial cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of support issues and their successful resolution.
- Designing, developing, and testing Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports.
English is required for this position, as the incumbent will regularly interact with stakeholders in Canada, the United States, and other countries within our global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is intrinsic to this position, a reorganization of company activities is not possible to avoid this requirement.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 to 3 days per week presence at the local office.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered.
- 1 to 5 years of practical functional or technical real-time experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
