Role Overview
As a Lead Designer at Accenture, you will lead the internal creative agency team for pharma clients. You will own the end-to-end design process, ensuring creative outputs align with business and regulatory requirements while driving engagement across multiple channels such as email, banners, social media, web, and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Conceptualize, storyboard, prototype, and design world-class creative solutions.
- Project Ownership: Manage projects from concept to production with quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all creative outputs meet branding and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
4+ years in graphic design with strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Figma. A solid creative portfolio and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience are required.
Bonus Points
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or other regulated industries, an excellent visual composition, and fluency with new design tools will give you an edge.
