Join a team of project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists to develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure while integrating digital innovation and AI.
The Work
- Develop and implement project planning and scheduling controls for BP and contractors.
- Adhere to financial, business, and project processes across all stages.
- Provide schedules for estimating, benchmarking, and interface planning.
- Coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks for future phases.
- Prepare and manage WBS/CBS with the Cost Engineer.
- Implement and monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans into the risk and change processes.
- Establish a project-wide progress measurement and reporting system.
- Generate and present schedule reports and project updates to stakeholders.
- Support project closeout planning and perform other duties as assigned.
Work Arrangement
This role allows remote work for most hours with some in-person collaboration for building relationships and learning.
Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. The final compensation depends on location, role, skill set, and experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project controls and schedule management.
Bonus Points
- Expertise in project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Acumen Suite.
- Ability to integrate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule platform.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
