Overview

The Work

  • Prepare cost estimates and cost plans using benchmarking data.
  • Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
  • Identify potential risks and maintain the project’s Risk Register.
  • Participate in pre-contract meetings and document cost insights.
  • Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
  • Attend client and design team meetings to assess cost implications.
  • Develop and standardize project templates and cost logs.
  • Oversee measurements, pricing research, and invoice management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of cost management experience. Proficiency in advanced functions in CostX is essential. Bonus points for project management experience and strong communication skills.

Additional Information
