Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant at Accenture, you will provide administrative support to executives with complex organizational responsibilities, enabling them to operate effectively. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones, and handling travel arrangements and logistics with precision.
Working closely with Workplace colleagues onsite and virtually, you will build strong, collaborative relationships and deliver seamless support with exceptional organization, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist executives with non-routine correspondence and document preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and manage complex calendars.
- Handle travel arrangements including itinerary, visas, and passports.
- Compile and analyze data, prepare reports and support executive communications.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers and support Workplace functions.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Executive Support experience with intermediate MS Office skills and advanced Outlook. Experience in global travel management is preferred, along with strong organizational, verbal/written communication, and critical thinking skills.
Additional Information
