About Data & AI Manager at Accenture

Your Role

As a Data & AI Manager, you will help clients overcome data challenges through strategy development, value architecture, and operating model design. You will drive digital transformation and cultural change to deliver actionable business insights.

The Work

  • Design and drive AI transformation programs.
  • Develop data & AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prioritize AI use cases based on value and strategy.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee full lifecycle delivery of complex data projects.
  • Stay updated on data management, cloud, and big data trends.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data & AI solutions with at least 2 in management.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Generative AI.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into data & AI strategies.
  • Excellent project delivery and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work within Canada.

  • Consulting industry experience.
  • Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in relevant fields.
