About the Role
The Customer Growth Strategist at Accenture is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of customer-led growth strategies by identifying opportunities, validating ideas, and contributing to market launch planning. In this role, you will work closely with Managers and client teams to turn insights into market-ready propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Execute rapid testing protocols with real and synthetic customers to validate concepts.
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for prioritization and launch.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to shape propositions.
- Assist in building business cases for high-priority growth opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
You will produce insights and recommendations that directly shape client growth decisions, apply proprietary methods to accelerate validation, and build strong client engagement skills.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or customer insight roles in the retail or consumer goods space is required. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated client-facing consulting experience, an MBA or relevant innovation background, strong research and analysis skills, exposure to concept testing and agile development, and excellent communication skills with an understanding of AI/GenAI.
Compensation & Location
Salary ranges vary by location across several US states including California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Minnesota, Maryland, New York/New Jersey, and Washington. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
