The Role

As the Corporate Strategy and Growth Principal Director, you will partner with CEOs and senior leaders to develop rapid, data-driven strategies that boost growth and profitability. Your role will involve building actionable growth strategies, leading analytics-based insights and driving transformative business models including new product and service integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to formulate fact-based, rapid growth strategies.
  • Lead transformational projects to drive profit improvements.
  • Develop new strategic growth options and business plans.
  • Simplify business processes to focus on higher profit offerings.
  • Advise on technology disruption and new service offerings.

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years of growth strategy experience including 7 years in consulting; a Bachelor's degree; and extensive experience in using data analysis to drive insights.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus. Proven ability to support business development, excellent communication, leadership, and advanced analytics skills with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx are required.

Compensation & Location

Salary varies by location with ranges from $150,900 to $387,800 across various U.S. states including California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey, and Washington.
