Your Profile as an Oracle SCM Consultant

You are an Oracle SCM Consultant with hands-on experience in delivering Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions. You possess deep knowledge and strong client-facing skills. You enjoy working with business and technology teams to design, configure, and deploy scalable supply chain solutions.

You can contribute to implementation and AMS engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and help clients adopt best practices for supply chain processes using Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities of an Oracle SCM Consultant

As an Oracle SCM Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Helping clients understand and adopt cutting-edge supply chain operational processes through Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Participating in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, as well as various AMS engagements, from requirements definition to configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Supporting functional areas such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, or Planning (depending on experience and project needs).
• Configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Contributing to the writing of functional design documents, system configuration, test scripts, and user acceptance testing.
• Working closely with technical and integration teams to support end-to-end process flows.
• Defining risks, issues, and solution options, and supporting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and project managers to ensure project success.
• Continuously developing Oracle SCM expertise and contributing to knowledge sharing, assets, and practice growth.

English is required for this position, as the incumbent will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is intrinsic to this position, a reorganization of business activities is not possible to avoid this requirement. Bilingualism (French-English) is an asset.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions (preferably on Oracle Cloud).
• Functional experience in one or more Oracle SCM modules (such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Costing).
• Previous participation in Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, or AMS support engagements.
• A Bachelor's degree or successful completion of a college program in a related discipline.

Bonus Points

• Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Compensation and Location

Compensation at Accenture varies based on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, location, role, skill set, and specific experience level. As required by law, Accenture offers reasonable compensation, based on full-time employment, for positions that may be filled as indicated below. Recruitment for this position is for a brand new role. The base salary range provided below serves as a guideline representing the majority of offers for this position. This is not a maximum limit. Annual Salary Range for British Columbia/Ontario: $69,450 to $119,450.
