Overview

As an Accenture Flex employee, the Business Operations Analyst will drive business transformation for leading organizations through innovative financial and operational solutions. Working with a diverse, global team, you will utilize emerging technologies to address today’s challenges while benefiting from competitive rewards and world-class learning resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Business Operations team’s innovation forum and project pipeline.
  • Facilitate innovation projects and execute cost and time saving initiatives.
  • Maintain critical controls for global roster and invoicing submissions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex data integrity trends for financial risk reporting.
  • Maintain a database of commercial deal terms and perform model validation.
  • Collaborate with US leadership, client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Support annual planning, deal forecasting and ad hoc reporting requests.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in financial/data analysis and financial reporting is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred with additional expertise in Microsoft Power BI, VBA, scripting, SQL, and leveraging Gen AI for business goals.

Compensation & Work Environment
