You Are

As a Banking Consulting Consultant, you will drive profitable growth and implement process improvements by combining industry-specific banking expertise with transformation strategy and change interventions.

  • Experience in Banking (Credit, Payments, Digital Banking)
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems
  • Skilled in managing transformation initiatives and teams
  • Strong client relationship building with senior management
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic direction and value measurement

The Work

You will help define transformation value, facilitate design thinking workshops, manage scope and cost for workstreams, and drive business development efforts. Your role involves building trusted relationships and contributing to thought leadership in banking transformation.

  • 1+ years of specialized banking experience
  • Proven team leadership and project execution track record
  • A bachelor’s degree
