TMW is a leading integrated creative and communications agency, based across London and Bristol. Proudly wired differently, we believe that the best ideas work everywhere. We combine standout creativity with end-to-end connectivity to create ideas that move people in every channel.

The Role

You will be part of the Client Services team who work together to deliver successful B2C marketing campaigns, driving a ‘digital first’ agenda. With exposure within this tight-knit team to the experienced SAMs and ADs, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop and hone your skills across the board, as well as showcase your talents and interests across the wider agency.

The Day to Day (Responsibilities)

  • You will be the go-to contact for clients' digital deliverables across a range of channels – email, MMS/SMS and RCS.
  • Work closely with the internal team and clients to lead day-to-day client communication and meetings.
  • Take briefs from the client, organize internal kick-offs, and manage creative teams to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally with a can-do approach.
  • Demonstrate motivation to learn and develop, with high organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Qualifications and Experience)

  • Brief writing: Ability to write engaging and informative briefs that clearly communicate activity and desired response.
  • Project Scoping: Understanding of scoping campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity on scope inclusions/exclusions.
  • An Eye for Detail: Ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Calm, clear, confident communicator, active listener, problem-solver, building trusted relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • Positive Attitude: A ‘can-do / go-getter’ attitude.
  • Quick, self-motivated learner: Genuine interest in clients’ businesses, audiences, and challenges.
  • High level of organizational skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Understanding of CRM across multiple channels. Telecommunications experience is beneficial but not essential.

Work Environment

We operate a fully hybrid model, with all employees able to choose where they work. Whilst also acknowledging there are times when face-to-face collaboration in our London-based, Farringdon office is preferred.

Accenture reserves the right to close the role at any time. #TMW

What We’ll Give You

  • A thriving career with opportunities to learn from passionate colleagues and mentors.
  • Exciting and varied client work.
  • A hugely sociable team.
  • Competitive basic salary and an extensive benefits package including:
    • Minimum 25 days holiday
    • Private medical insurance
    • 3 Volunteer days for charitable work
