IAM Architect

About the IAM Architect Role

The IAM Architect at Accenture the Netherlands is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within our Cyber Security team. This role involves translating business challenges into technical requirements and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity.
• Design and implement Privileged Access solutions using CyberArk.
• Develop and maintain Access Management solutions using Entra ID or Okta.
• Design and implement Customer Identity solutions using Okta or PingIdentity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business challenges into technical designs.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM solution architecture best practices.
• Mentor junior IAM consultants.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Support business development with IAM expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. Fluency in English and Dutch with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required. The candidate must be capable of creating secure, client-centric solution designs and translating business challenges into technical requirements.

Experience and Certifications

• 5+ years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.
• Proven expertise in IAM solution architecture and project management.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Access Management, or Customer Identity solutions.
• Certifications in SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, CyberArk, Okta, PingIdentity, and Azure/Entra ID.

Nice to Have

• SABSA or TOGAF framework experience.
• CISSP certification.
