About the Role
Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Design team. You will collaborate on GovTech Consulting projects, working with GovTech, a government technology agency focused on delivering innovative solutions for government services.
Responsibilities
- Apply strong product design and consulting acumen to shape transformative solutions for users and the agency.
- Lead discovery work to uncover root causes, user needs, and systemic barriers, employing a product mindset to frame problems before exploring solutions.
- Utilize a breadth of design skills to help agencies understand and reimagine end-to-end user experiences across systems, processes, touchpoints, and stakeholders.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, policymakers, and operations to bridge user needs with technical and business realities, ensuring implementable and meaningful solutions.
- Collaborate with the Design Practice to refine and implement design-led frameworks for discovery, problem definition, solutioning, and experimentation.
- Build design capability within GovTech and the public sector, embedding design as a strategic strength.
- Define and track measures of success to demonstrate the impact of design across agency engagements and product development.
