Overview
Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Technology Service Group in the Health & Public Services sector in Southeast Asia. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by combining functional analysis, testing, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows; act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams; perform gap analyses and recommend improvements; maintain functional documentation.
Testing & QA: Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression); manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards; support UAT and facilitate user sign-off.
Project Support: Assist in deployments and post-go-live support; participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and planning; contribute to effort estimation and timelines; collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
Critical Success Factors
Associate Manager (3–4+ Years Experience): Possess domain knowledge in public healthcare in Singapore, SAP, and/or billing systems; provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Senior Analyst (<3 Years' Experience): Support business analysis and functional testing activities; require proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL, strong analytical and communication skills.
