About the Role

Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) is a multi-client processing on-demand service platform. This Capital Markets Operations Analyst role involves providing a trade processing service for the trading and treasury entities of our clients, allowing them to focus on market differentiation. ATOM BPaaS leverages cloud hosted architectures to deliver high quality run and change services, integrating infrastructure and IT management with business process execution supported by intelligent operations assets.

Key Responsibilities and Market Expertise

• Handle trade settlements, validations, and executions across American, European, and APAC markets.
• Possess a thorough understanding of securities settlement.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of various domestic market settlements, including ICSDs, Crest, Spain, Italy, Scandinavian, and emerging markets like Russia.
• Apply knowledge of Buy-in regulations, Exchange deliveries, and CASS/CMAR regulations and reporting.
• Manage Exchange Futures deliveries and Corporate action trades.
• Demonstrate expertise in dealing with transaction and position level Reconciliations.
• Understand T2S and CSDR projects, and Exchange-Moves.
• Work independently and innovatively, with experience running multiple teams in high-volume environments with multiple market deadlines.
• Knowledge of Swift Alliance, Euclid, and Intellimatch is an advantage.
• Contribute as part of an Investment Banking team specializing in selling securities and underwriting new equity shares.
