Key Responsibilities
How you will make an impact:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to an AI engineering team.
- Own end-to-end development of AI-powered applications including backend, front-end, and GenAI workflows.
- Design and build scalable, production-grade REST APIs in Python using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
- Architect LLM- and agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and adaptation techniques.
- Deploy, scale, and monitor AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using modern infrastructure tools.
- Apply DevOps and AIOps best practices with observability, CI/CD, and production reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

We seek a senior AI Full-Stack Engineer and technical leader with deep Python expertise, modern front-end skills, and robust cloud/DevOps experience. The ideal candidate will have a track record in designing scalable, production-ready AI systems and will mentor teammates while guiding technical direction.
