Job Description:

If you’re early in your career and interested in building strong foundations in business analysis, this role could be a great place to start.
We’re looking for an early-career AI Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll support projects by working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and help ensure solutions are delivered clearly and effectively. This opportunity is well suited to graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience, including candidates who have gained relevant exposure through university projects, research, internships, or early career roles.
What You'll Do:
- Work with business and technical teams to understand goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Gather, analyse, and document business needs in a clear and structured way.
- Help translate ideas and problems into practical requirements and user stories.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirements, and summaries.
- Support project delivery by helping track progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders and contribute to workshops and discussions.
You’ll be supported as you learn and grow, with opportunities to build confidence in both your analytical and communication skills.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field is helpful, but not essential.
- An interest in business analysis, problem-solving, and how technology supports business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to understanding information.
- Experience from university research, academic projects, internships, or early career roles.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others.
