Key Responsibilities

• Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems, leading to strategic insights.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology, based on comprehensive assessments and understanding of high-level visions, performance gaps, and needs.
• Lead small engagements or work streams independently from end-to-end, overseeing client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financials.
• Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities, actively supporting business development efforts with clients and Accenture teams through successful sale closure.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal Accenture teams to align business and technology priorities.
• Develop deep content knowledge and share insights proactively through involvement in technology strategy operations and community of practices.
• Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on specific market-relevant technology strategy domains.
• Interact with senior management at client organizations and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and secure buy-in on matters that may require alternative approaches.

• Proven capability in managing team efforts both at client sites and within Accenture.
• Adept at identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
• Extensive experience and understanding of core technology strategy offerings, including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model design, data & analytics, and cloud solutions.
• Practical experience in technology advisory and/or implementation projects.
• Ability to operate effectively across industries, with preferred experience in Banking, Telcos, Oil & Gas, and/or Government sectors.
• Proactive acquisition of business knowledge beyond a purely technical role, potentially through an MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4+ years of total work experience, with at least 4 years specifically in IT/Digital technology strategy.
• Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively, strong in-house IT & Digital strategy, enterprise architecture division, advanced startup, or pre-sales roles demonstrating intrinsic consulting skills.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
