Non-Voice Entry Level

About the Role

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking Non-Voice Entry Level associates who will serve as Content Moderators and Transaction Processing New Associates. In this role, you will support Trust and Safety initiatives by reviewing, classifying, and processing user-generated content to help keep the internet safe.

Responsibilities

For Content Moderators:

• Review, classify, and remove content per client guidelines.
• Stay updated on changing client policies.
• Investigate and escalate complex content issues.
• Advocate for the user community and engage in discussions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and continuous training.

For Transaction Processing New Associates:

• Perform data entry and conduct research using various systems.
• Audit and verify data for accuracy.
• Generate correspondence and maintain documentation.
• Review mobile and gaming apps for quality feedback.
• Assist in maintaining internal compliance materials.

Qualifications

Candidates should be college graduates or undergraduates (minimum 18 months BPO experience) with proficient computer and internet skills. You must have strong resilience, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under fast-paced, deadline-driven conditions. Flexibility to work any shift and location is required.
