What You Will Do
As a Content Moderator within Accenture Operations' Trust and Safety offering, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of online content. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content.
- Investigating, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by systems.
- Contributing to keeping the internet safe and supporting platform companies.
- Gaining valuable hands-on job experience while making a positive societal impact.
Note: Due to the nature of the role, individuals may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

- Stay updated on evolving client policies and guidelines.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
- Act as an advocate for the user community.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Engage in continuous training and discussions for professional development.
- Discuss socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety.
