About the Role
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead at Accenture in India, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. You will design and deploy Responsible AI solutions, align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements, and provide leadership to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate and manage the team to deliver performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and key problem solving.
- Engage with multiple teams on strategic decisions.
- Facilitate training sessions to boost understanding of ethical AI.
- Monitor and evaluate AI solutions for compliance with ethical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Generative AI features.
- Strong grasp of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI governance policies.
- Data analysis skills to inform ethical decision-making.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AI technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft AI stack, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Azure Open AI, Power Automate, and integration of virtual agents.
Additional Information
This role is based at our Chennai office in India. The candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant Microsoft AI technologies and 15 years of full time education.
