Responsible AI Tech Lead

As a Responsible AI Tech Lead at Accenture in India, you will ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies.

Your role includes designing and deploying ethical AI solutions, aligning projects with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to foster cross-functional collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ethical AI.
• Collaborate and manage teams for performance and decision making.
• Drive solutions that span across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions on ethical AI practices.
• Monitor and evaluate AI impacts for compliance with ethical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft generative AI features including Azure AI services.
• Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
• Ability to develop and enforce AI governance policies and regulatory standards.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft AI stack and cognitive services.
• Experience with Azure AI search, Azure Open AI, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Integration experience with Microsoft virtual agents over Teams, SharePoint, and websites.
• Position based at the Pune office.
• 15 years full time education required.
