Overview

The Quality Engineering Lead role at Accenture in India involves leading a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will leverage business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using robust quality processes and methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and key metrics
  • Collaborate across teams to drive test execution and defect resolution
  • Provide technical solutions and make team decisions

Professional & Technical Skills

  • 6-8 years’ experience in testing, with 5+ years in test automation
  • Hands-on expertise with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Selenium/WDIO and scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Python)
  • Experience in API automation and BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Maven, TestNG)
  • Familiarity with service virtualization tools such as WireMock or Mock Server

Additional Information

  • Minimum experience: 6-8 years in Automated Testing
  • Location: Gurugram office; work from office 3 days/week
  • Required Education: 15 years full time education
