Prompt Engineer

This role involves designing, creating, and refining prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to guide and enhance model responses. The candidate will develop effective AI interactions using proficient programming skills and the use of playgrounds.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in prompt engineering.
  • Collaborate with and manage team operations.
  • Facilitate key decisions within and across teams.
  • Provide problem-solving solutions for immediate and inter-team challenges.
  • Mentor junior professionals in prompt engineering techniques.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine prompt strategies based on performance feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Coding skills in Python (3-5 years).
  • Generative AI experience including RAG, prompt engineering, and Data extraction (OCR/Doc intelligence).
  • Experience with workflow (pipeline) engineering.
  • Preferred cloud environment: AWS.
  • Preferred domain: Healthcare experience.

Additional Information

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Generative AI and possess a full-time education of 15 years. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
